The government of Manipur, Directorate of Education (S)-No. AO/24/APPT/2020 (11)-DE(S) has released vacancies of 120 pre-primary teachers on contract basis under School Fagathansi mission. It has also been released The 120 vacant seats include 61 for UR, OBC(Meitei Pangal)-4, OBC( Meitei)-16, ST-37, SC-2 seats respectively.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
The applicants for the pre-primary teacher vacancies post must have passes Class 12 with a two-year diploma in preschool education recognized by NCTE OR Class 12 passed with two years diploma in elementary education along with 1/2 years diploma course or pre-primary education within 3 to 5 years.
Age Limits
Not above 38 years as of the date of notification, However, there will be age relaxation for schedule caste and scheduled tribe candidates. Furthermore, for Persons with disability PWD, additional age relaxation as permissible shall apply. This job is a contract basis job confronting period from the date of contract agreement up to the last date of that financial year as [er regulation prescribed by the govt of India and extendible with the approval of the Government. Salary: Rs 15000/ per month as remuneration as fixed by FD (PIC).
Mode of the Selection procedure
The post of pre-primary teachers of schools shall be on the basis of written tests only. Syllabus and scheme of the examination question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions MCQ each carrying 1 mark. Subjects to read include General knowledge and current affairs 30 Questions, General English 20 Questions, All subjects up to class X standard 50 Question.

General knowledge and current affairs
Important days, Indian History, Books and Authors, Indian national movement, awards and honors, general polity, current affairs-national movement and international, Indian economy, capital of India, the international and national organization, scientific inventions and discoveries, science & technology, sports, abbreviations.
General English:
